As Fee-only financial planner, my primary responsibility is to facilitate conflict-free advice. Since fee-only planners are not incentivized by commissions or other forms of compensation tied to specific financial products, they can focus on providing unbiased and objective guidance tailored to each client's unique needs. This transparency also extends to the fee structure itself, as clients know exactly how much they're paying for services, with no hidden fees or commissions.

Onboarding Process
Before we begin our journey together, we follow a structured step by step onboarding process designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless start to our engagement. This approach helps set the foundation for a productive and goal-oriented collaboration.
Phase 1: Letter of Engagement
To initiate the process, I’ll send you a Letter of Engagement by email. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our advisory relationship. If you're comfortable with the terms, you’ll just need to sign it—either physically or digitally—and include the date of signing. Once both of us have signed, you'll proceed to pay the first-year advisory fee as per the plan chosen by you.
Phase 2: KYC Documentation
After the fee is paid, I’ll need a couple of documents from you, as per SEBI guidelines, to complete the Know Your Client (KYC) process. These include: i) Soft copy of your PAN card ii) Soft copy of your Aadhaar card. You can simply email me scanned or clear photos of these documents.
Phase 3: Risk Profiling
Next, I’ll send you a risk profiling questionnaire. This helps me understand your comfort with financial risk and tailor an investment strategy that suits you best. It’s a set of multiple-choice questions. It’s not about being correct, but about what genuinely represents your thoughts and comfort level. You can simply highlight your answers in the document and email it back to me, or if you prefer, print it out, fill it in by hand, and send me a scanned copy. After I receive your responses, we’ll have a follow-up conversation to go over a few of your answers. This allows me to understand how you interpreted the questions and helps me gain deeper insight into your financial goals and personal preferences.
Phase 4: Risk Profile Report
Based on the questionnaire and our discussion, I’ll prepare and share a Risk Profile Assessment Report with you. This report will outline my evaluation of your risk profile. From here, we take the first meaningful step toward building a secure, successful future—tailored to your dreams and aspirations.
Phase 5: Detailed Discussions and Plan Presentation
1. Assessment of Financial Situation
Within 7 working days of receiving your complete data, we’ll schedule our first discussion session. In this session, we’ll take a close look at your current financial situation, helping me understand your income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and overall financial landscape.
2. Portfolio Review & Goal Setting
In our next session, we’ll review your existing investment portfolio. I’ll share my professional assessment, highlighting:
i) Which products align well with your financial goals Which products may no longer serve your objectives and can be reconsidered
ii)We’ll also work together to define or refine your short-term and long-term financial goals, ensuring they’re realistic, measurable, and aligned with your aspirations.
3. Presentation of the Financial Plan
Based on our discussions and the information provided, I will create and present your personalized Financial Plan. This comprehensive plan will include:
i)My recommendations across various financial areas (investments, insurance, budgeting, etc.
ii)The rationale and suitability behind each recommendation
iii)Clear reasoning to support your decision-making
Your feedback is always welcome—I’ll be happy to incorporate your suggestions wherever feasible. Once finalized, the plan will be ready for implementation.
Ongoing Review
A half-yearly review will be conducted to evaluate the progress of your financial plan. During this review, we’ll assess whether the plan is being followed effectively and whether it is contributing to positive changes in your net worth.

Annual Renewal
After one year, you’ll have the opportunity to renew your engagement. The benefits of renewal include:
